Oscillum XII

This work is one of an eight-part experimental portrait series of multi-layered screen prints.  "Oscillum is Latin for ‘little face’, commonly referring to masks or faces. Also references oscillate, to move back and forward, vibrate and alternatively fluctuate between two limits"(De Wet, 2019). The series was showcased at the Coming of Age exhibition in 2012 at the Johannesburg Art Gallery
