My work was about the power some humans feel when dealing with animals. Domestic animals are naturally more reliant on humans for basic needs such as food, water, healthcare.

A lot of people take at advantage of these things. The horse in my work was a horse that was purposefully abused by her previous owners. They chose to take away her basic needs, such as food, safety and Healthcare, what makes this worse to me is the fact that they have other fully healthy and looked after horses. This shows that they chose to pick on this horse specifically.

Life is unfair and cruel towards these animals. They depend on us to help them survive and we let them down time and time again. There is no justice for them. Just suffering generation after generation.
