Consuming Sins is a photographic work, depicting the eating of Eucharist wafers which have been used as
diaries for sins. These confessions range from heart-breaking to ridiculous, which is often the tone of
a confession. When eating the wafers, the squid ink used to write with stains the tongue. When one
confesses to sins, you are essentially branding yourself. People might not necessarily know your sins,
but the priest does and the priest is the church.
