Black Hole Galaxies

Thabang Moatshe, born in 2000, is a third year Fine Arts student at the University of Pretoria. Before studying art, Moatshe studied Industrial Engineering but left to pursue art.

Moatshe is interested in investigating the nature and relationships of things. Her interests also lie in narrative art and illustration - she enjoys working in the mediums of printmaking, photography and sculpture. Among the artists that inspire her are William Kentridge, Grada Kilomba and William Hogarth.
